I find it pretty ironic that the guys that have to pay to go to a job fair are the guys that are out of work and probably have been out of work for quite some time. I mean for someone like myself that is out of work and desperately looking, forking over 119.00 dollars to talk with 3 or 4 HR guys in person is a good amount of money. Are these worth it? It's the market. Agree with Rickair7777 and Lori. If I was looking, I'd scrape the dollars and thumb a ride. HR folks love to witness the 'above and beyond' attitude.
