You can try a personal drop but that won't work either for capped reserve days.
Only other way is Authorized Personal Drop. Those work on capped days but you only get one per year.
Johnso, if you use your APD you can get up to 4 days off. I've never used it to drop reserve but I wouldn't waste it on only 1 day off. Get the max.
