We have charts that routinely show us at or near the top of all DCI, and many times higher than Delta mainline. DOT showed us as the highest in all of Delta for customer satisfaction, so the fact that RA would speak poorly of our performance, etc.....is beyond me. (Unless ASA management is liars) Now, explain to me how ASA has the most daily DCI flights and the most airline flights per day out of ATL cannot compare favorably in Delta managements eyes? And please do not for one second forget that ASA has ZERO gate agents in ATL, and ZERO rampers in ATL. Does not overbook our flights, does not lose our baggage, board flights, assign gates, etc...

So, I would like to see your proof of this, so I can ask ASA management why they are not sharing this info with us!

My response to Captain Tony was not directly related to this thread. I have no proof that ASA has bad or close to the worst performance numbers of the DCI operators. I also did not claim that they did, nor do I think ASA stinks.

My response was to simply call Captain Tony out on the pot that he is......calling the kettle black. He has yet to provide any proof in any of his claims/posts, and this thread is not the only place he is guilty of that. My point was that if he expects facts to back other posters claims, then he needs to provide facts to support his claims as well.
