As to the last sentence, I fear it could be upended somewhat by AMR and CAL in their contract talks. Its worth keeping an eye on.
WRT your point:
AMR, CAL and UAUA will all be doing a section six and a merger at the same time. The traditional one upping may not come in to play as they will not have realized any of their synergies yet. With that in mind we have more to play with and need to realize that.
We do not have to color in the lines because that is what is expected. We have at least a three year jump on these guys in regard to mergers and the synergies created. That must and will come in to play in section six.
