Actually there have been some issues with the minute rates. I would call your Contract Admin contact. They can pull your pay information and give you a correct answer.
I have a guess, but without seeing the whole thing, it is just that. These guys can give you the right answer because they see the whole picture. Furthermore, if there is an issue, they can resolve it.
