Or another alternative is 1 hr Pay for each SC and start crediting Res trips like Reg trips. Again we could allow up to MLV so that RES availability is not reduced.
I'd be nice in C2012 to have:
Every reserve day credited at DPM on an as you go basis(not a look back at the end of the month).
Reserve and lineholders paid the same for all rotations.
All short call periods are paid at duty credit (1 for 2) or whatever is flown.
