I do absolutely agree with you that an independent engineering firm evaluation would be excellent. The reality is they are never going to evaluate photos without seeing the tunnel for themselves and I would bet the farm that no one is going to allow a group of structural engineers into the tunnel nor more than they are going to allow any pilots in to see for themselves.
Of course, the tunnel formed itself without any structural engineering. No engineers have looked at it since it was built, nor do they conduct periodic inspections. Right.
You are just going to have to spank them all in court guy. It is the only way.
