Yeah yeah yeah I know.. we don't live in a vacuum.. everything has a cost, yada yada yada... the point is that reserve has been (and I use this loosely) abusive and abrogative of seniority in a seniority based system, and needs to be repaired if not torn down and rebuilt from scratch. Pay no credit for SC from the get go is a little ambitious, but I think you'd see reserve go senior again if that were the case. At any rate, I know there are several solutions out there like bidding on a SC line for better line values and things like that. I just know that the current system is unsat.
