They start your pay on the 8th in above mentioned scenario. Conversely, for those of us who had a classmate finish OE after the 15th, in my case I think its the 26th, they started my 3rd year pay then and not at the beginning of the next month as NWA would have.
Did you file a grievance? DAL has to do it either the NWA way or the DAL way, not a mix of the two, so that it benefits them
