you'd be surprised. I once had a dumass single engine taxi nazi non checklist using know it all CA "position and hold" single engine......PM me if you want the rest of the argument/solution . So if you can pos and hold without realizing you are single engine, surely you can attempt TO with it too....just in the habit of only having your hand on 1 thrust lever...but like the others said once you are pointed towards the grass you will realize your mistake pretty quick...
