I don't think MAG can use the "we'll have to file bankruptcy" or use the "plane leases and no customer" cards anymore, since they're already in bankruptcy protection and have permission to dump all the a/c on the leassors with 10 days notice. It'll be interesting to see what the ruling will be.
This is not a ruling about an injunction, it is a trial. If Delta wins they can cancel the contract immediately, assuming another injunction isn't applied pending an appeal.
However, keep in mind that the fact that the cancellation would have caused a BK was not the sole reason an injunction will be granted. You also have to show that you will probably win in trial as well.
