Does anybody know what the qualifications were of the recent group of people to get interviews? Hours? 737 typed? PIC? etc...

I'm curious because I just put in my app. I'm a poor regional FO, slowly drifting toward furlough in 2011. Although I do have AirTran's mins, with all the guys on the street I'm probably far from competitive. But, if I'm going to be furloughed next year anyway, I figured even though it's a long shot, it's still a shot.
