Eagle FO looking for roommate for an apartment or single-family rental in Chicago area. Either in Downtown Loop; along the Blue Line; or in single-family home in suburbs (Mr. Prospect, Niles, Park Ridge, Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg, etc.). I have a car so suburbs might be a more logical choice than expensive downtown, but I am honestly open to all ideas listed above.

I have $4000 worth of new leather furniture and entertainment center sitting in ORD storage. Your bedroom furniture is what would be needed.

The absolute top end, limit, would be a 2bedroom apartment downtown loop with parking, W/D in unit, central air, and large rooms for $2000. So $1000 my share would be my high-end limit.
