You know what - that's shortsighted. There are a lot of us who will never be "senior someday". I will never be senior some day and I expect to be paid well and have good work rules. You shouldn't need to work at Delta 30+ years to be senior some day. I will "ONLY" have 23 years at Delta when I hit 65 and will NEVER even make the top half of the seniority list let alone be "SENIOR" some day. So you need to get off the "you're junior, deal with it" horse.
