Yep. The one where the Captain was having "non-pertinent conversations"

(I've heard rumors) with the flight attendant and trying to get the plane to climb faster so she didn't have to push the galley cart up hill. They ended up stalling out, the plane went 111 degrees over on roll and 67 degrees nose down, the FO threw out the gear and some where in there the prop seperated. They over ran the runway and there you go.
I flew not too many months ago with a Captain from the training department. He said the thing he's learned the most from doing requalls is don't do anything but watch the airplane during the climb and descent. I'll take him for his word.
