Just look at a few things about AWAC before taking the job.

-Serious question about future of company. Without new business the company will fold in less than 5 yrs
- Reserve is pretty awful.
-Without attrition you will never see the left seat.

On the positives:

Great crews
Contract
Good Vacation trip touching


Cons:

non commutable scheduleds
East coast flying
CRJ200's that are falling apart due to outsourcing of mechanics
Morale of most of the pilots is pretty bad
Short staffed


This would be a good place to come and keep the right seat warm as you search for other opportunites. Under the current ownership they have shown time and time again they aren't willing to give on their fat profit margin to help make this be a long term airline.

Grass is always greener but just make sure you are ok with the above before coming over here.
