the 6 weeks at the admiral don't really call my name but i've heard it goes a bit quicker because CSI and FMS training are not a week anymore it's condensed to like a day or two.
It's weird the way they're doing it now. CSI is now integrated with systems class. Half the class will leave in the morning for CSI, the other half does it after lunch, and the instructors are all stuck teaching the same thing twice every day. They tacked on several extra FMS labs too which even the new hire in our class thought were overkill. The net result is way more time spent in CSI compared to the two days it used to be, and way yonder too much time spent using that stupid aerosim program.
