No names here, but...what is up with the 7ER OE planning guy? I know he's crazy busy, but that guy is worthless. I can't even get him to give me an estimate of how long I have to wait for TOE. I don't mind the time off, but it'd be nice to have some idea of how long I have to wait.
We 2008 hires on the ER had several issues with him. It was over 2 months between domestic IOE and TOE and he would not tell us anything!!! What I didn't know was that you could go to the Chief Pilot and they would buy you some trips domestically. I didn't know that until after TOE.
Do you think the ER will go junior again due to the schedules going down the crapper?
