on the next contract we need to change the pay process. This small check idea on the 1st check is ridiculous. Its like a slap in the face every month. That may have worked 20 years ago but in todays times it would be nicer to have more even out paychecks imho.

No Major airline pilot should ever receive a sub 1000 paycheck. I realize the mid month check makes up for it but this pay method is dumb.
