It's not about not being able to budget. We've all adapted but it's still a slap in the face to get a check this small. Might as well pay us once a month
do you really think the current pay process is better than have the pay split more evenly? The current pay system is stupid and I've never heard of a company having a pay method like this.
This just enables the company to sit on our money longer while we miss out on 2 weeks of investing return. Think about how much money they make on holding that money longer. 401k compound interest over the course of a career is also effected. More money on the first check means more money being invested sooner by us individually. This isn't all about "budgeting". They're sitting on our money as long as they can.
