yep long day, full physical. you fast for 12 hours the night before without any food. long medical questionaire so know your family history beforehand... you give two urine samples, they take 3 viles of blood to test for cholesterol, blood cell count, etc. full hearing test, vision test so bring your glasses if you have them - no contacts. they strap all this stuff to you and give you an EKG.
