Why would that be hard to pull off? UAL scope is capped at 70 seats. The only way around that would be a code share agreement which would quickly end up in court.
I guess after watching what happened to YX and also seeing how management uses chapter 11 as to destroy scope it seems like it will be hard for UA/CO to keep more 70 seaters off property. I really hope I am wrong but it always seems like this battle goes in favor of management.
