I really like the way Delta does the bank, especially a positive bank.
In the past I've put it to good use. If you get a positive 60 hrs and then upgrade to higher pay for whatever reason, you can pull it out at the higher payscale. I did it going from FO to Capt. Of course it works in reverse too so watch out!
