True WorldGuy, that is very true. I respect you guys and have alot of friends over there. I wouldnt like to see anyone price them selves out of a job by thinking that they are special and only they can do what they do. The truth is a company can get a ton of very qualified heavy pilots on the property in short order under XYZ brand World Holdings (BostonMaine Airways like). All I am saying is just watch your productivity and pay rates compaired with the rest of the industry.
I would love to know which friends you have over here that think they are so special and that only they can do what they do. We are all normal sticks like any other ACMI/Supplemental, alot of us furloughs from the legacy carriers.
Our rates are posted on this website, a quick glance will show our pay is pretty middle-of-the-pack. Productivity, well, that is not limited as much by our contract as it is by Crew Planning/Scheduling. But thanks for your concern.
