A while back ACL, I thought you said it looked like the plan was small classes with recalls and flows only until atleast the start of 2011. Avoiding a full ramp up of the interview process. Do you still think that is the case.
I believe that the 240 number indicated what they can flow and recall until they have a better gauge going forward. They may push the "off the street" this year, but it will be if the forecasting and block hr requirements go up. They can trickle pilots in from Sept to March and have all qualled by May.
I do think the number will go up, barring oil, plague, volcanoes etc.
Like Delta, this is a very conservative number in case the double dip shows up. IMHO, it is smart and prudent to start slow.
