I've heard about an app called ForeFlight that's got some great reviews and I might want to buy it. But what I can't find out is if it includes ALL airfields in the continental US? Could someone please tell me if smaller and private fields, like let's say Lake Arrowhead, CA or Ernst, CA are included (examples only)?
