Its not my intent to pick on JetBlast7 directly, but posts like his make me ashamed to be peers with the younger "me" generation of regional airline pilots that is seemingly too ignorant, naive, stupid, or all of the above to understand the pace & reality of airline collective bargaining, and how 'we' as an industry got to where we are now...

I don't agree with that. JetBlast7 is correct. RAH represents a danger to the industry which must fail. The 2003 contract was signed with future 99 seat expansions in mind so the "we didn't know" is not valid. I think everyone, including RAH pilots know that they won't be getting anything close to what Jetblue has. I think you are the one that is naive if you think otherwise. I'm going to venture to say that the majority don't care either. And the conduct on these boards as well in real life only affirms the reputation of post merger RAH pilots.
