I have an interview next week and I'm filling out the flight time grid. PIC, SIC, and Student (dual received) are supposed to add. Then it says this will be compared to your logbook and any discrepancy will eliminate you from consideration. I went in with two sheets. One had the times how they wanted it, and the other had the times that matched my logbook (DUAL/PIC combined after private). In the HR portion I explained why I had two, she asked me which one they would like to have, and I said I guess they could take the one that did not match my logbook, since thats the way they wanted it.
They were fine with it.
