Mesa got an injunction against the cancellation of the agreement. That's a darn good indicator of where the Court is headed.

But another thing I hope readers catch is the fact no one thought of coordinated cancellations when they outsourced 60% of Delta's flying. The F4D carriers were paid for completion factor.

This is why we have the passenger's bill of rights and why DCI carriers would launch flights just to strand passengers on airplanes overnight. This is why Congress was compelled to fix our lousy treatment of our passengers which was a result of these outsourcing agreements.
