I say...

Go to any airport, find a suspect tail number on any corporate aircraft. Look it up. Find the owner/entitiy. Approach them and query what/why they are there. One of the questions should be how much taxes they paid in 2009. Then appropriate how much of it was to fund the FAA. Then consider all the other economic multipliers resulting from that aircraft sitting on the ramp. These "elitists" are contributing to the economy everywhere they go.

If the owner is a public or mutual company, buy some of their stock or invest in there insurance policies. If you do not approve of them operating a corporate aircraft, vote by proxy to eliminate the asset.

You can be fervently opposed to a company or high-net worth individual blocking their tail number all you want. File your F.O.I.A request and get the answers you need. What you do with the information after the fact is what matters.
