If a "B" check is 22 hours and a "C" check is 42 hours and you shuffle the cards to make them both 32 hours what has been cut? No "robbing Peter" going on! Also, have you ever taken your vehicle in to be fixed? Typically the price quoted is from the established shop rates and times and not what it actually (usually much less) takes to accomplish the repair.
If this is all about the fact that company has robbed us (the pilot group) by their use of 4a2b you are going about it the wrong way. Maintenance has nothing to do with that!
