Colgan will hire indefinitely. Maybe it will slow down in 2013 or later.

It may not be a bad thing to lose a few EAS routes for the Saab. There is going to be so much growth over the next 3 years any flying lost will not be felt in staffing, we are going to need many pilots in the years to come and a loss in a few EAS routes may limit the need for street ca's down the road...if it comes to that.
