If you were employed, you need to fill out PRIA requests. If you were a contractor, I wouldn't worry about them. At the end of the day, it's really not a big issue... another way to think about it: Did you list any of the other FBO's as employers in your 10 year background check? If so, I'd send PRIA requests.
Yes, I was employed by the flight school.
List them in 10 year background check? I don't see anything about a 10 year background check in the pre-interview stuff I got from Eagle...

Did you also do any instruction out of FBO's? Did they have an issue with you not including a PRIA for them?
