I just interviewed there yesterday. It was a pretty easy interview. Quick sim ride. Just a few climbs, turns, a hold at the LGA vor only had to do one lap then the ILS 22 back into LGA. No wind so just keep up your scan and you'll do fine. As far as the rest of the interview, stay relaxed, be honest and the job is yours. As far as the technical part, I was only asked to describe the engines on the Twin Otter that i have flown. I had to brief the ILS 4 into BOS and then finger fly it. No more technical questions. The famous what would you do if the captain descended below MDA on an approach came up. What ever you decided, just stick with your original decision, they do not want to see you second guess yourself.
The written test was all weather and IFR stuff. Know your jepps, basic weather theory and you'll be fine. If your a CFI-I, itll be a breeze.

Just show confidence, be yourself, and the job is yours to take. They offered me the position, unfortunatly i had to decline, but it seems like a great place to work. Good luck
