This has been an active pilot position in the past but they are apparently now going outside the company to fill the position. Guess we might see more of that in the future.
Its been a long, long time since the Mgr-CRM was a pilot (Arne Kraby). Good news is that the Director of Safety understands the connection between FOQA/ASAP/CRM. Now if they can get some of that stuff implemented in the new CQ Training Footprint, training will actually be reflective of what's happening on each particular fleet type.
