Service: Our friend is a service mgr. If a Gulfstream brakes anywhere in his service area, his only job is to get whatever parts and people are needed to that aircraft ASAP, to get it back into the air in mimimum time. He has been doing that quite a while, and Gulfstream has a great reputation for that type of thing.
