1. if you green slip on days off can they fly u into reserve days?
Yes.
2. if you green slip is it with conflict if it goes from off days into reserve days?? meaning is that how you have to put the slip in?
There is no conflict if you are on reserve, they just fly you into reserve days. The conflict is for guys with trips on their schedule.
3. if they fly u into reserve days what gets paid as greenslip pay, only days you had off or the whole trip??
Only days that were originally X days get paid GS pay. The rest just goes towards your min guarantee. You do however get that X day restored and they usually just put it on your next reserve day following the trip you get.
