i am on reserves by the way

1. if you green slip on days off can they fly u into reserve days?

2. if you green slip is it with conflict if it goes from off days into reserve days?? meaning is that how you have to put the slip in?

3. if they fly u into reserve days what gets paid as greenslip pay, only days you had off or the whole trip??

thanks

crazy
1. Yes
2. No, just a regular green slip
3. Only days you had off

Reserve green slip pay is single pay added to the guarantee or what you fly on your reserve days. For example let's assume you get 15 hours of green slip pay on your off days:

1. If you fly less than 70 hours on your scheduled reserve days, then you will be paid 85 hours for the month
2. If you fly 75 hours on your scheduled reserve days, then you will be paid 90 hours for the month.

Rolling thunder. When you green slip on reserve off days (X days), you get the X-Days paid back on your reserve days. For example, if you are on X-days on 1-4 and reserve 5-10. If you get a 4 day green slip on 1-4, then your X days are paid back 5-8. If you get a 2 day green slip on 6-7 then your X days are paid back 9-10 and so on. If they are that short you can roll X-days through the whole month and get green slip pay for almost all flying. They have to be really short of manning to make this work but when it does, jackpot.
