All of this can be attributed to the series of missteps taken by pilots who saw fit to pull the ladder up behind them and squat on the guys trying to follow. Yea but why let facts get in the way of a good sob story. The last thing those pilots who yanked the ladder would ever do is admit they ate their young for their own benefit. And those coming up in the ranks are too naive and filled with hate to see those facts. Nope, its all about the path of least resistance in blaming it on all those 250 hour wonders and their SJS. Classic sacrifice the weak because the fight is easier. Pathetic.
