I had a guy in my interview who was absolutely horrible in the SIM, I mean bad and even he got the job so the SIM isnt that biga deal. They will try to intimidate you before the sim to, i remmeber Cathy saying "You don't have much recent multi time so you are really going to have to nail the sim" Well I did nail it but don't let that psych you out.
