Yes He filed a grievence and lost in the end because the arbatrator saw that it was policy three trips and out The dead head did not have a written policy for and as a side note the recorded conversation between company and pilot were "lost" and never found. He has explain to others that the two missed trips were unexcusable and a honest mistake but that the mistake was made and he was warned properly. In the end i quess the right thing happen it just hurts alot. I regret the whole ordeal and have miss oppurtunities because I did want to start over at the time at the regionals CHA, but I see no other way to get back but to go to the regional again. he was at PNL 6yrs
Anyway long story short I'm type in a G3 and flying 91 for a company now I like it. I just miss the life.
