In fairness, I cannot clearly separate napping from sleeping. Probably the reason I am only labor.
Seems simple to me. "Sleeping" is what I do at home, when I brush my teeth, put on some PJ's, and climb in bed. "Napping" is what I do in lying on the couch at halftime on Sunday afternoon.

Huge difference between the guys catching a few zz's on the lounger vs. the guys that are living there overnight - my two cents.
