Are you employed by one of the airlines that uses the company Airline Support? If so, they can usually set you up prior to you coming in. You can call them at (907) 272-2211. They'll be able to answer any question you may have. If you've never used them or your company doesn't I would call them anyway and let them tell you what they can or can't do.
