As far as studying for the interview, go to
www.aviationinterviews.com and subscribe to the free service that they have there. I used it to study for my ASA interview and it was right on. I also have an interview with ExpressJet and used the gouges to study for that too. You don't have sim check to worry about. Just technical and HR questions.
