old post, but saw no responses... so hear it goes:

70F 4 pax in aspen-- VFR of course! I used 29.92, zero wind, 200 lbs per pax, 600 lbs of cargo, and basic BOW... You can take 8500 lbs of fuel for that departure and not be runway limited (flaps 12 take off). This equates to about 2.5-3 hours at .80 cruise, and around 4 hrs at LRC. This will give you about 3k lbs when you land (which is conservative).

80F, 8 pax, Sea level?? Assuming yes... 5,000 ft rwy= 8,000 lbs of fuel... so 2.5 hours at .80 crz, or roughly 3.5 at LRC. Again, 200 lbs per pax, 800 lbs cargo, and a standard BOW, flaps 20 take off, and again landing with 3k lbs of fuel (again, conservative).

The thing has gobs of power, just poor wing... you gotta keep speed on it!

I took one from Geneva (about 1k pressure alt) to FL390 in 13 minutes doing 290/.80 in the climb. It will climb like a rocket once you get off the runway and cleaned up! (and dont exceed the climb capability chart!)
