Thanks for the link. Pretty sad that a court thinks they can order employees to work on their days off just because they have before. As far as it pertains to 1993, since Delta had never relied on OT to fill their schedules prior to the furlough, I don't think the same case could have been made. Either way. we agree that IPA and it's members have the resolve to keep what happened in 1993-97 at Delta from happening in this case. It will be interesting to see just how far this game of chicken goes..
