I'm looking so far at the Walther PPS and Kel-Tec pf9 so far. Anyone here have any experience or insight on either of these? Any other suggestions?
Yes, here's a suggestion. Never take anyone else's advice on what gun to get. Really.

Go to a good gun store, start at one end of the counter and pick up and handle each gun one at a time. The best gun for you is the one that comfortably fits your hand and all the releases are within thumb's reach. This is also the secret to being able to hit a target somewhere in the middle.

Walther and Kel-Tec are great products, and nowadays all high-end gun manufacturers machine everything to a close tolerance. They'll work good, not to worry.

Just my $0.02, no, more like $0.03
