Having been thru the NWA strike I believe benefits are only paid after 30 days. Ours went 14......so.....
If Spirit strike last 30 days don't worry about the benefits, there won't be a Spirit to come ack to.
Make sure your strike is successful (100% compliance-no SCABS)
