Thank you for everyone's input. I spoke to fltplan.com's technical support; they are currently concentrating on keeping the navlog on a single page (hence only the 'turns' and VOR's are listed). There are no options to have all of the fixes displayed.
The other flight planning software we use is ARINC Direct, which lists every fix along the airway. These flight plans are also loaded via an FMS which auto loads all of the intersections on the selected airway.
