Um not if the jets are awarded somewhere else and the certificate is not transferred. It is very gray at best. Read the LOA. It is in the DALPA file library. They are referenced in the PWA. LOA 2006-10 and 12 and one in 2008.
It states in the LOA the flow becomes unavailable, and it does not state how, so there may be some interpretation that needs to be done. It also will go back to the negotiators notes for the intention of the wording. I would venture to bet that dissolving the carrier was not one of their intentions behind that wording.
Of course this could be way off, and they just sell them so that they can give ASA pilots a flow too.
